Carroll County Maryland Client Spotlight: Website Design

We were reached out to by the owner of Georgie Lu’s Children’s Consignment in regards to updating an old and antiquated website for her business. There was an available grant for her business to use to fund marketing efforts this year and she needed help with access to the grant through documents and information and we were happy to help. We created the proper plan and documentation for Donna so that she could be awarded the grant money to put towards her website, and she was successful!

We are always willing to assist above and beyond with this type of project, we want you to succeed as a small business and if that means helping you get that grant, we are there for you!

The Georgie Lu’s website wasn’t bad, but it was old, outdated, not mobile friendly, and it needed to have some functionality, like booking appointments added.

The site before:

We worked a little website design magic that included building out a matching site map with a few additions and incorporating a booking system online, taking some pictures of the space for her, and doing a little photoshop magic and BAM!

The site is now responsive and looking like a gorgeous modern consignment shop, as it should! The owner Donna is amazing, as is her business, the store is subterranean and seems to go on forever, room after room of clothing and toys, a lot of inventory but seemingly organized to the hilts. The takeaway from this job we wanted to share was that we are never too busy to help you with something like getting a grant for your work, and that once you are ready we are here to slam it out of the park for you.
